2026 WINTER POWER SKATING

U11-U15 HIGH PERFORMANCE
​
This program is intended for players at the AA or AAA level. We also welcome experienced A players. These high paced sessions focus on advancing skating skills including explosive starts, building power, quick transitions, edge control, and drills to improve efficiency during game play.

U8-U13 OPEN DEVELOPMENT
This program is open to players of all levels. Skaters will be grouped based on skill level to ensure appropriate learning development. On ice training will consist of improving skating fundamentals including, edge control, balance, turns, building power, and stride mechanics.
